  • customer accounts opted out of marketing that have not been used are removed after twenty four months
  • customer accounts opted in for marketing are not removed unless requested to do or the data provided becomes out of date
  • usage information is maintained in our database for twelve months
  • personal information collected relating to a service or product is removed after six months
  • personal information relating to marketing of other services may be added to your customer account
  • information regarding services and products that you have used will be kept on file while you have a customer account
